RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Ebony Jewels &CO has a 7 day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a request to return or exchange your purchase. Jewelry must be unworn and shipped in its original packaging. Note: If applicable, please do not place shipping label on custom packaging box. Place custom box in the original black or beige bubble envelope (or an envelope/box of your choice) and place return label over the original shipping label. To start a return/exchange please email us at: hello@ebonyjewelsandco.shop. Any item(s) that is returned to us without first notifying will not be eligible for a return/exchange. Shipping cost is of the responsibility of the customer. If your order is incorrect, i.e. missing an item(s) or the wrong item was received, please contact us as soon as possible at the email mentioned prior. Any items purchased at "sale price" are final sale and will not be eligible for return/exchange.
